We are seeking professional Servers / Wait staff with fine dining or smart casual experience. This is a very important role, and we rely heavily on our serving staff. They manage the pulse of the dining room and ensure patrons have a memorable dining experience.

  • Prepare room the dining room by setting condiments, napkins, service plates, utensils, and table décor as required.
  • Protect the establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
  • Help patrons select food and beverages by presenting menu; offering beverages; suggesting courses and answering questions about the menu.
  • Transmit orders to bar and kitchen by recording patrons' choices, identifying patrons' special dietary needs and special requests.


  • Keep kitchen staff informed by noting timing of meal progression.

We count on our Host to greet and make our community members feel welcomed. The Host oversees escorting them to their table, providing them with a menu, and responding to any preliminary questions in a positive manner.

  • Speak clearly and persuasively in a positive manner regardless of the situation.
  • Manage the customer experience, make sure it's a memorable one from the beginning.
  • Keep the dining room clean/bus some tables
  • Reservations and Walk-in lists – “Toast Tables” reservations
  • Follow company policies and applicable laws.
  • Monitor table rotations.
  • Keep track of prepared tables for new guests.
  • Answer the phone, make reservations, and in some cases manage take-out orders.
